解下列不等式

(a) \frac{(x-3)(x+1)}{(x-1)(x+3)} < 0

(b) \frac{(x-3)(x+1)}{(x-1)(x+3)}\le0

(a) –3 < x < –1, 1 < x < 3

(b) –3 < x \leq –1, 1 < x \leq 3
